There are a lot of ways to contact Mark. His daughter runs this website (and his facebook, and his twitter), and she makes sure he always sees your messages. That said, he spends most of his days writing and avoiding the internet, so if he doesn't answer you, we recommend trying a flaming arrow with a note attached to the fletching.
